Garansi mesin dan transmisi selama 30 hari hanya gimmick saja. Laporan kendaraan dengan nilai interior B, eksterior B, mesin & transmisi B namun anehnya nilai keseluruhan hanya mendapat C+, kesimpulan yang aneh. Seperti sengaja agar tidak bisa mendapat garansi tersebut. Sudah coba komplain, namun jawabannya karena usia kendaraan dan kilometernya (Km kendaraan yg saya minta inspeksi di angka <60rb). Padahal di syarat dan ketentuan tidak ada kriteria tersebut dijadikan acuan penilaian.

Pelayanan mengecewakan, bayar 550rb, mesin setelah deal harus keluar belasan juta, customer service ngeles mulu pas di cek ngk ada error..pas mobil diambil langsung error..pencekan body lelewat bekas tabrak sampe grill lem2an tapi bilang bebas tabrakan.. *biar pengguna yang menetukan, saya hanya membagikan pengalaman tidak enak saya..tidak bisa mendeteksi error hanya memberikan score C dengan deskrispi bocor2 halus dan kerak oli, tiba2 banyak selain itu menurut saya SOP pengetesan tidak bagus..
