Helper application for surveying participants at event locations.
Registered users can fill out and submit surveys, but survey registration cannot be done with the app.

Users enter the application using the registered username and password.

The app requires location, internet and camera permissions. Photos and locations are taken only to ensure there is no fraud in the survey.

Users are asked to take location photos and selfies, and will also capture user location information from time to time.
Location information is required even if the application is not open to ensure the user is within a certain distance from the specified location.
