Namun konsisten juga sejumlah masalah: loading lambat/ketahanan aplikasi, transaksi kadang gagal atau saldo terpotong tanpa penyelesaian, masalah stabilitas setelah pembaruan, layanan pelanggan yang kurang responsif, serta keterbatasan onboarding online dan tidak adanya opsi setor tunai dalam aplikasi.
