Apote Mobile

Apote is the official companion app for Apote.id users—a digital pharmacy management platform that helps pharmacy owners, pharmacists, and staff oversee daily operations from their smartphones.

This app complements the Apote browser service (app.apote.id). Use your mobile device to monitor data and print receipts; for cashier transactions, stock management, purchasing, and complete operations, continue using Apote on the web.

Purchases
List purchase orders and supplier payment statuses in an easy-to-read display.

Reports (pharmacy owners only)
Daily cash summary, supplier payables, and current month's profit and loss.

Inventory, customers, employees, and suppliers
Access pharmacy operational data in read-only mode for quick reference in the field.

Multi-pharmacy
Account owners can switch between pharmacies (tenants) if they manage more than one branch.

Settings and support
Pharmacy quota status, FAQs, and Bluetooth printer configuration for receipt printing.
