In an effort to improve service quality and comfort, Surabaya Zoo presents the KBS Mobile App, a digital innovation specifically designed to serve as a personal guide for visitors throughout the zoo. Through this app, visitors can access interactive maps that help navigate the locations of animals and public facilities, obtain detailed information about the animal collection, and learn about the daily event schedule.
