Godsend. Very easy to use and very helpful. Another review said you have to hover over the title for it to work but that's not the case for me (maybe it was fixed?). Either way, thank you for creating this.

it works, but you need to click on the "Not Interested" key bind while hovering the title of the video, not the thumbnail.
