An AI-based recommendation engine that assists ONLY IBM Marketing professionals as they create and edit content assets while logged in and working in the Upland Kapost Platform as customized for IBM.

How: Today, there are approximately 450 people in IBM who create content for marketing campaigns. The tool we use to create content asset briefs and manage content asset creation workflows is Upland’s Kapost platform. IBMers must log-in to our Kapost instance through SSO, using this unique and private login which is only available to IBM employees: https://ibmcontent.kapost.com/dashboard.

IBM Crystal will provide recommendations to the IBM marketers while they are logged into their IBM Kapost account and working on content assets. As the user moves from field to field in the Kapost tool, the widget will serve up training or best practice suggestions (i.e, “Watch this video to show you how to do this.” or “Here is how other IBMers have completed that field.“) The widget is non- functional for anyone who does not have an IBM issued Kapost login.
