What is Powerschool Grades?

So far, out of trying calculation techniques and AI's which apparently aren't able to tell if a percent is between two (if 88% is between 83 and 86 which is concerning for its future), this is the only tool giving me reasonable numbers. My grade in a class is a B but I cant tell what the actual percentage is, which really makes it harder for me to know how much closer I am to my goal. The extension says for that class that my grade is about an 83.66% meaning it is a lower B and also the only correct or accurate calculation of my final grade with weights. I rated this a 4 because I wanted to know if the extension has access to weights, therefore making it clear if this is truly accurate or not.
