HUG@Home

On the proposal of a healthcare professional, the patient can benefit from a teleconsultation via the HUG @ home application.
They may be medical staff from HUG or your general practitioner.
The app does not allow a patient to contact a healthcare professional directly.
 
The patient installs the HUG @ home app on their phone.
The healthcare professional offers and schedules the teleconsultation session.
The patient receives an SMS initiating the teleconsultation, which will take place in the application.
 
HUG @ home provides the following features:
- Video or audio consultation, initiated by a healthcare professional
- Exchange of text messages with the healthcare professional
- Teleconsultation notification
- Transmission of orders in PDF
