Realmonitor Partner

Realmonitor Partner is the mobile application of the Realmonitor (RMB) system for real estate agents. It brings the few things you need to see during the day from your office computer to your pocket.

IMPORTANT: to use the application, you need a live Realmonitor subscription. You log in with your existing account, with a login link sent by email - you don't need to remember your password.

PRIVATE LIST
Shows you who are advertising as owners in your area. The same database and
the same filters as on the web interface, and your saved filters are the same in both places. You can filter by seller or renter, town and neighborhood, property type, price and size. In the results, you can see how long the listing has been advertised, whether the price has changed,
how many other listings are still available, and whether you have already viewed it. You can hide the ads you have viewed so that only new ones remain the next day.

COMMISSION ALARM
It will take your own properties and show you which ones are being advertised by others besides you - and how much cheaper. On the home page, you can see in a single number how much commission value is at risk because of this. One tap and you can see the competing ads along with the price difference.

WHAT SHOULD WE DO?
A short conversation about what is getting you the most commissions today. It doesn't say generalities: it asks about your situation and gives you a specific, actionable suggestion that can be done that day. The guiding principle throughout is how to stand out from other real estate agents in your area.

STUDIO
Take a photo of the property, describe in one sentence what you want - furnishing, unloading, sunny weather, facade - and two different models will take the photo. You choose the one that is better, and it can go in the ad or to the client. The images are created with artificial intelligence; if something is not right with them, you can report it with a tap.

HOME
The state of the day on one screen: how many new owner advertisers have arrived today and this week to your saved filter, how much commission is at risk, and the rest of the modules start from here.
