User Reviews

Users repeatedly report that MÁVPlusz is unreliable and often unusable. The most mentioned problems are unreliable or failing payments (including redirects and 401 errors), inability to buy tickets within the app, and tickets or passes not updating correctly (expired/used tickets still showing). Performance is slow and unreliable, with caching issues and frequent needs to revert to the old MAV app. Account management is buggy (migrating profiles, default user issues) and the presence of two non-working apps adds confusion. Some UI improvements noted, but overall negative.

Unreliable payment processing (multiple charges, redirects and errors such as 404 after payment, 401 errors)
Ticket purchasing not available in the app on multiple builds (jegyvásárlás nem elérhető)
Expired/used tickets not removed or properly categorized (expired tickets still visible in valid tab; used ones appear in listings)
Performance and reliability issues (very slow loading, app resets during ticket purchase, needs old MAV app to cache tickets)
Account/profile migration and management problems (default user, cannot add/delete, wrong user assignments; migration from old account failing)

The app doesn't work with One mobilinternet. I get a "Check your internet connection" error message.I never had this problem with old MAV app. But when I share my mobilinternet as hotspot, the MAV+ app works on another phone with my shared internet. So, this is a very interesting issue.
