There are many who come back to us regularly, even from Cegléd. They say that they would only find a burger like this in Budapest next time. And we work every day to make sure that you can experience this experience in Monor too – either in person or by ordering it at home.

The focus for us always remains the smashed burger. Freshly baked meat patties, perfectly toasted buns, sauces made according to our own recipe and carefully selected ingredients create the taste that makes our guests come back again and again.

The menu is constantly changing because we like to experiment. We have already prepared a black burger for an anime festival, a truffle special for regulars, and seasonal burgers for festive periods. In addition, the Texas BBQ world is becoming increasingly important to us: smoked pulled pork, ribs, Mac & Cheese and limited BBQ boxes await those looking for authentic American flavors.

The story of Ady10 Burger started from an old dream. Attila dreamed of having his own burger joint in Monor when he was a high school student. He worked in the automotive industry for years, during which he visited America several times, especially Texas. The BBQ places there, smoked meats and smashed burgers finally decided that he would one day open his own street food place.

The turning point was a joint barbecue, where a burger made based on a recipe brought from America changed everything. In 2023, Attila and his chef friend, Alex, opened Ady10 Burger at Ady Endre utca 10.

Since then, we have been continuously developing our recipes and ingredients. There was an ingredient that we had been looking for for a year and a half before we found the right quality.

For our burgers, we use 80/20 Hungarian beef from a reliable butcher. The cheddar is not a processed cheese, but premium Amlander red cheddar. We source the brioche buns from Germany because they give exactly the texture and lightness we were looking for.

Our own Ady sauce and spice blend are the result of months of development. They give it a unique character that you won't find anywhere else.

We believe that a good burger is not about size, but about the balance of flavors, the quality of the ingredients and consistency. There is no compromise with us: anything that doesn't bring the right level, simply won't be made into a burger.
