Users face significant login and authentication issues, including invalid credentials and repeated login loops. The app's location tracking for attendance marking is unreliable, often rejecting location data from other office branches. Additionally, the app performs poorly, failing to download documents and showing slow response. These persistent problems result in a frustrating and largely unusable experience for many users.
