Poljo – farm records & AI

Poljo is not an official app of the Ministry of Agriculture, the Paying Agency (APPRRR) or any government body — it is a private app by TOMLJANOVIĆ ADRIA j.d.o.o.

Poljo keeps the records required on a Croatian family farm (OPG). Log work in the field on your phone and export the paperwork for inspection when you need it.

RECORDS AND FORMS

Plant protection product records under Regulation (EU) 2025/2203. Annex 7 and 8 for AGRONET (NN 80/2023). Fertiliser records with nitrogen per hectare. New: record forms for subsidy measures (Forms 1, 2, 3–5, 32 and 33) filled in from your entries, plus an organic production log.

SUBSIDIES

2026 measures, an estimate for your area as a range, payment tracking and “What if?” suggestions.

STOCK

Pesticides, fertilisers and seed from your invoices go into stock, and spraying and fertilising draw them down. Finished products: harvested, sold, in stock.

LIVESTOCK, BEES, WINE

Ear-tagged animals, treatments with milk and meat withdrawal, movements, milking. Hives, treatments with honey withdrawal, extraction. Wine declarations and cellar. Greenhouses over several cycles.

FINANCES AND CALCULATORS

Costs and income per plot and crop, cost per tonne, farm calculators. Photograph an invoice and Poljo reads the amounts.

FORECAST AND DEADLINES

Hour-by-hour forecast per plot and frost warnings. Pre-harvest intervals, certificates, sprayer checks and Agency deadlines, with days left.

WORKS OFFLINE

Everything is saved on your device, and imagery around your plots is saved over Wi-Fi so the map works without signal. With an account, data syncs and is shared with members of your farm. A photo for Poljo AI is sent only for the assessment and is not stored.

NO GUESSING

When Poljo doesn't know something, it says so instead of guessing.

Logging, calculations, warnings, map, forecast, subsidies and stock are free, with no ads. Poljo+ (€39.99 a year) unlocks export, satellite, 50 AI assessments a month and form PDFs; a single report for €4.99 is yours to keep.

Poljo is not a substitute for an agronomist. The product label and your subsidy decision always take precedence.
