amiTrip: Putni nalog, dnevnice

amiTrip is a travel order application that replaces paper and Excel spreadsheets. Travel order, per diems, mileage and invoices – all in one place, in your pocket.

The employee opens the travel order on their mobile phone, takes a photo of the invoices on the way and enters the kilometers. The manager approves the order by signing with a PIN, and accounting receives a finished travel order calculation, ready for payment and posting. The application calculates per diems and mileage on its own, according to the Croatian Income Tax Regulations.

FOR EMPLOYEES IN THE FIELD
• New travel order in a minute: destination, purpose, transport and vehicle
• Saved routes: call up a recurring trip with one touch
• Photo of the receipt on the spot: the application reads the amount, date and issuer by itself
• Foreign currency: the CNB exchange rate on the date of the receipt is automatically converted
• Counter balance at the beginning and end of the journey, with a suggestion from the last journey
• Local journey: quick entry of local journeys (bank, post office, customer) without an order
• Combined transport: car, plane, taxi, each section separately
• Request for annual leave and days off from your mobile phone
• Calculation and PDF of the travel order always at hand, ready to share
