Adds a context menu that provides the ability to add syntax hightlighting to code blocks contained in the page.

"Syntax Highlight Code Blocks" is a Chrome extension built for developers which enhances readability of code snippets on webpages. It adds a context menu to enable syntax highlighting on pre > code blocks using highlight.js. Some blogs/websites just put snippets of code inside of a pre > code block without syntax highlighting. This is alright, but for developers reading the code, it would be helpful if it actually included syntax highlighting. This extension, on activation via the context menu, finds all pre > code blocks an highlights them with highlight.js (https://highlightjs.org/).
