It would be FANTASTIC if I didn't have to KEEP refreshing Z/D CONSTANTLY to keep it active....sometimes it even removes the old Z/D button AND not give me ANY TABS to where I have to refresh AGAIN to even be able to solve the ticket at all.

I've given it 4-stars for now only because while it is a great little app, it's not working properly. When you open a ticket, the buttons don't show up, only the option of close or stay on ticket is there. Once you either refresh the screen or close the tab and re-open the ticket will those submit option reappear. Once this is fixed, I will give it the last star that it deserves.
