HotelNet is a mobile application designed for hotels and accommodation establishments. It supports the daily operations of the front desk: billing stays, payments, cash management, and room status, all without relying on a fixed computer.

Main Features

• Overnight Billing
Create an invoice in just a few steps: room, number of nights, guest. The amount is calculated automatically and can be modified. Payment can be made in full or in part, with tracking of the remaining balance.

• Cashier and Receptionist Sessions
Each receptionist can create their own session. Payments and cash transactions are linked to the current session. View the balance, history, and summary of previous sessions.

• Rooms
Track the status of your rooms (available/occupied) and manage rates and configurations directly from the application.

• Unpaid invoices
View at a glance the total amount due across all sessions and access the list of partial or unpaid invoices.

• Device data
Business information is stored locally on the phone. Ideal for use at the front desk, even with a limited connection.

Activation

The application requires a license key provided upon subscription. Once activated on the device, it remains available to your team.
