2022-01-19 | Richard Welch | Used to be good, now it's bad. When we bought playbooks everything worked great. Customer support responded and anything we needed got done. At the time, the only issue was the persistent playbooks button over my CRM and email client, but I could live with that. All the problems started when Xant was acquired by Aurea. The service went down repeatedly. Notes would not sync to salesforce. They fired all of our support people so we didn't have anyone we could talk to in order to get things fixed. When we finally got a hold of someone from the new company, instead of listening to our concerns and fixing what we paid for, they tried selling us new products. Now Aurea is saying they bought a bad system. No, it was good before they bought it. Then they did an EA and ruined everything. Just look at all the dates on the reviews. Most everything before the acquisition is positive. Everything after is negative. | ||
