PA Hankyu Home Info Plus mobile app is a one-stop portal for our home buyers particularly Idesia homebuyers, where they may check their account information from reservation up to move-in. PA Hankyu Home Info Plus also has a chat facility function where buyers can easily raise their concerns and inquiries for them to be attended to.

The mobile app can provide the following information:
- Buyer's account information and unit details upon reservation
- Document details - needed as basis of compliance and its submission due date
- Payment history and status; including payment details, due dates and outstanding balance

Additional Features:
- Chat Facility - Customer Support in a quick time
- Buyer Scheduler - Online appointment for buyer's intended date and time of office visit

Registration Guidelines:
1. Open the mobile app or go to web page and click “Register an Account”
2. Input Customer Information Number (CIN), Last Name and First Name then click “Submit” button
3. A new form will appear, input desired Username, Mobile no., Email Address and Password then click “Submit” button
4. Review the details, Click “Edit” to edit the Details otherwise click “OK”
5. Read and agree on the Terms and Condition and click “Proceed”, Wait for an email verification that will be sent to your registered email address
6. On your email, Click “Activate my Account
7. Wait the processing on browser until “Congratulations!” displays
8. An email will be sent again, click “Access Hi + now” to open on Web Page OR return to phone and click “Proceed to Login”

Logging-in:
1. Open the App
2. Input User name and Password
3. Click “Log-in”
