Holm & Laue PartnerPortal

The PartnerPortal now combines all the systems you need to communicate with us, with the exception of the shop. We are pleased to announce the following features:

• The ServicePortal with technical information on innovations, retrofits and error handling. Firmware updates will now also be available as direct downloads.
• A completely newly developed RMA system that is much easier and faster to use. The previous contents will be transferred to the new RMA system so that no requests will be lost.
• Registration for online or face-to-face training courses
• A redesigned freight cost calculator (for certain regions)
• Access to price lists
• Download area for documents, photos and videos
• Additional useful tools such as water consumption and heating time calculator

The PartnerPortal has been enhanced with a comprehensive system of user rights management. You decide for yourself which people in your organisation are allowed to use which systems and content.

In addition, we have taken the technology of the ServicePortal and transferred it to the PartnerPortal. For you this means that the portal can now not only be used in a web browser, but can also be found in the Apple, Android and Windows app stores; allowing you to use the application on virtually any device.
