What is Fluttershy?

Fluttershy is a theme for Google Chrome inspired by the character from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. The theme includes a unique design for the browser and new tab page, with a visible blue border on the 'Most Visited' squares. Anyone can use this theme, but it was made for bronies on Ponychan. I messed up a bit on the new tab page, when you hover over a "Most Visited" square, the border is blue. But the more I look at it, the more I like it. It's visible at least, right?
