I've started to use smartsheet about 3 years ago. Best choice ever. For me it's an ideal platform to register my financial reports and controls. It gives me and my colleagues the much needed structure. The sharing possibilities make it an online dossier when ever and where ever available. I've managed to build an ISO 9001 management structure in it. Which gives structure and overview due the way sheets can be connected and pdf, xls, jpeg etc items can be attached. We use a Team plan for €1000 per year which I think is more then worth the money.
