Picture-in-Picture Anything - Place Any Element on Top of your screen

Picture-in-Picture Anything lets you place any web page element into an always-on-top window, extending the usual PiP mode beyond just videos. This Chrome extension leverages the new Document Picture-in-Picture API, working seamlessly on Chrome, Edge, and Opera browsers. It allows you to keep videos with controls and subtitles, or even articles, visible on your screen while browsing or working.

Activation is simple: use the Ctrl-Shift-P shortcut, toolbar icon, or right-click menu to open the Element Selection Overlay. You can select elements visually or use a precise selection panel with Shift-click for fine control. This tool is perfect for multitasking, note-taking, or referencing content without switching tabs. While some pages may not behave perfectly in PiP mode, you can experiment with parent or child elements for the best experience.
