ProfeApp — Notas y asistencia

ProfeApp is the Honduran teacher's digital gradebook: record grades, track attendance, and close out exams on your phone, connected to the grade sheets you download from SACE. It works offline.

Stop transferring grades from your notebook to Excel and from Excel to SACE. With ProfeApp, you grade and take attendance in the classroom, and when the exam closes, the grade sheet is ready to upload.

YOUR SACE GRADE SHEETS, ON YOUR PHONE
• Import grade sheets for all your subjects and sections at once, just as you download them from SACE (.xls or .xlsx).

• The student list is ready: you don't even have to type a name.

• Suitable for elementary and secondary education: the app adapts to the exams, remedial courses, and makeup exams included in your grade sheet.

GRADE BY POINTS
• Create the rubric or evaluation plan for the midterm: assignments, classwork, projects, exams, with points for each up to a total of 100.
• Save it as a template and apply it to all your sections; then adjust each one individually.
• Grade students individually using the numeric keypad, or a single activity for the entire group.
• Half points, pending submissions, and "no submission" are easily handled.

TAKE ATTENDANCE IN SECONDS
• Everyone is present from the start: only mark absences, tardiness, and excused absences.

• Editable attendance history by date.

• Absences are automatically counted in the attendance chart.

CLOSE THE MIDTERM AND EXPORT TO SACE
• ProfeApp totals the points and absences and populates the TOTAL GRADE and ABSENCES.

• Before closing, it notifies you of what's missing: ungraded activities or a plan that doesn't add up to 100.
• Export the grade sheet, ready to upload to SACE (Grades → Upload Grade Files).

KNOW HOW YOUR GROUP IS DOING.

• Group average, students at risk (below 70 or with many absences), grade distribution, performance by subject, submissions, and attendance percentage for each exam.

• Track each student's progress from exam to exam, for communication with parents.

DON'T MISS A THING.

• Notifications of what still needs grading, today's class list, exams to close, and the grade sheet to export, with an optional daily reminder.

WORKS OFFLINE
• Designed for schools and institutes with weak signal: everything is saved on your phone.

• When there is a connection, it backs up automatically to the cloud and syncs with the web version and your other devices. If you lose your phone, your notes are still safe.

ALSO ON YOUR COMPUTER
• Access profeapphn.com from your browser with the same account and work on your notebook on a large screen.

WHO IS IT FOR?
• Primary and secondary school teachers who fill out SACE forms, in public or private schools.

• Schools and institutes that want to provide this tool to all their teaching staff, with a dashboard for the administration.

Accounts are provided by ProfeApp or your school administration. Support is available via WhatsApp and at support@profeapphn.com.
