User Reviews

Users report widespread problems with the Bip Bip app. Many cannot log in or create accounts, and error messages contradict each other. Orders often never arrive, stay stuck in preparation, or are cancelled without notice. Customer support rarely responds to chats, calls, or messages. Payment complaints include declined cards, unexplained service charges, and claims of being overcharged. Several users say a recent update made the app crash or stop processing orders. A few reviewers praised the app before these issues began, but most recommend avoiding it.

Pros

Several users initially praised the app as good or the best fast food delivery app
Some reviewers said it worked well before recent updates

Cons

Login and account problems: users cannot sign in, get told their account does not exist, or are told it already exists when signing up
Customer support is unresponsive or unhelpful across chat, phone, and email
Orders are not delivered, get stuck in 'preparing', or are cancelled without notice
Payment issues, including card payments not being accepted, unexpected service fees, and accusations of money being taken
