Using this combo completely eliminated Split Sleeper Berth option with no explanation. It's just not there anymore. Any sign of Customer service is nowhere to be found. Help section doesn't mention it either. "24/7" automatic phone service says "We're closed now". How funny is that? They never respond to messages, there's no email address, nothing. It just doesn't work at all.
