Quick Guide for Minor Works

Quick Guide for Minor Works is a powerful Chrome extension designed to simplify the identification and management of minor alteration and addition works in private buildings. Through the Minor Works Control System (MWCS) governed by the Buildings Department, users can perform quick searches using three different methods to find the correct classification, type, or item number related to their proposed minor works.

This extension also guides users in selecting the right building professionals or registered contractors to safely and lawfully carry out these works. Additionally, it provides essential information concerning required procedures and validation schemes like the Household Minor Works Validation Scheme and the Validation Scheme for Unauthorised Signboards, ensuring compliance and ease throughout the process.
