Can you specify in description how does this extension monitor performance and connectivity speed without monitoring traffic and data usage? Extension interface is neat and clean, but would love to know how it's working, is it using okla or speedtest? It does not resume operation after browser shut down, I have to manually disable and enable to make it work.
