Old HKC SecureComm was an application designed for users to remotely control their HKC security systems. The app enabled features such as easy arming and disarming commands, push notifications with sound alerts, a fully functional keypad interface, event log interrogation, and output switching depending on the control panel supported.

Please note, this app is no longer receiving updates. Users are strongly encouraged to migrate to the newer app called HKC SecureComm2 available on the Google Play Store for enhanced security management and support. The old app requires an active HKC alarm system with an account on the HKC SecureComm cloud service to function.

Absolutely Awful would prefer a no star review but play store doesn't allow for no stars.. HKC charge annually, and this app WILL NOT NOTIFY of an alarm event. This is now their old discontinued APP and the new APP WON'T CONNECT to the home motherboard AT ALL. Absolutely brutal customer service. HKC I sincerely hope you read these reviews.

I'm giving this a surprise 5 stars because compared to the new version its to replace, its 5 stars. It works. The new app just doesn't work! HKC if you're reading this, LEAVE THIS VERSION ALONE, DO NOT REMOVE OR END OF LIFE IT! I will cancel my subscription if you do.
