This application is a Chinese medicine traceability information collection app implemented by Hong Kong University of Science and Technology based on blockchain technology. It mainly realizes user login, enterprise information management, traceability center, batch management, commodity management, permission management, and system settings. A master account will be assigned to the certified company in the background, and the master account can use all module functions. The traceability center module is the data entry of each link of the enterprise product production process. The entered data information is saved on the blockchain. Once entered, it cannot be tampered with. The entire life cycle of the product can be queried through the source code. The data generated in the entire production process of the commodity are stored through the blockchain, and the authenticity of the data is guaranteed through the blockchain technology.
