Time to run? is a Chrome extension that provides motivation and information to get you running based on realtime weather conditions. It uses machine learning to determine if it's a good time to run, based on real user ratings for temperature and wind in your area. The icon changes color to indicate the running conditions. It is open source and available on Github!
