Open poe.ahk via right click or by using autohotkey
Open pathofexile.com/trade
In the new area click "Create"
Step above has just created buyItemsList.txt file in your Downloads directory. Switch to your game and Press F7. To stop shouting press O (your chat should be closed). Autohotkey script will run on lines in the downloaded file and shout everything in it.
