HelloMobile-TRAMS

HelloMobile-TRAMS is used to manage tram infrastructure assets—track elements, overhead lines, drainage, support structures, and other asset components.

The application allows you to create and manage reports directly in the field—from registering infrastructure failures, through documenting subsequent steps, to confirming completion. It also supports the implementation of planned maintenance tasks, including inspections and maintenance work.

The user interface and technical concept have been designed with the daily work of maintenance and operations staff in mind. The application provides:

- a clear and simple interface, presenting objects on a map and in list form
- creating new reports in just a few clicks
- object filtering
- automatic location determination within the track network based on geographic coordinates
- adding photos and other attachments
- data caching, enabling work even in areas with poor network coverage
