No-Alt-Mouse-Wheel is a Chrome extension designed to prevent mouse wheel scrolling when the alt key is pressed. It comes in handy when system events, such as window managers' desktop zoom accessibility feature, are already bound to scrolling with modifier keys and would otherwise cause unwanted page scrolling in Chrome.

Works on pages with JS only. For example, it doesn't work with THIS chrome web store page. Still a very useful extension. Just remember to restart chrome after install, otherwise it won't work.

Very useful! Thank you so much. Had to use it for a page that had a javascript enabled feature on a long page which made it both interact with the javascript feature and the page scroll.
