Badly in need of a few tweaks: 1) Ability to resize notes. It looks like you should be able to resize by dragging the corner, but it just moves the note? The 'Size' button just shrinks the note, and it is then impossible to enlarge it again. Bizarre. 2) Ability to change opacity, border size/presence, font size

Pop up notes are nice, and easy to import/export (would prefer to file though). Data doesn't persist if you turned off and back on the extension.

The vertical scroll bar of my Chrome browser becomes very thin when this extension is activated ! The vertical scroll bar is back to normal when this extension is disabled. Fix this bug ASAP !
