the customer service isnt the best! They do an excellent job of making it difficult to speak to someone for help. I love being able to use this program for more than 1 thing. The learning curve isnt hard at all. The extension eliminates the use of different applications & does a good job of simplifying the face / faceless video making technique. The problem with the extension is that it needs to occassionally be uninstalled & reinstalled so the feature works. Maybe its just me. It worked on my laptop but not my pc & I was using the same exact browser & login info for both. I had to uninstall it & reinstall it again. Im not sure why its not just integrated into powtoons. Outside of the bug ( which can really be annoying), I think its an excellent extension to add to your browser. Being able to record 1 vid for 1 hr and 10 mins is pretty good too...

Wow. It works just incredible. 🔥 Now I can capture my screen with my video/voiceover, 😃 giving explanation to the context, and share it with my teammates and students. Moreover, if you actively use Powtoon, as me, it's easily integrated, and gives you a possibility to record and insert recorder video right to your powtoon project. Stunning!!! 🤩
