MyFitnessPal Extension - Custom Macros Simplified

"MyFitnessPal Extension" is a Chrome extension that allows you to save your custom macros by grams. After installation, simply click the MyFitnessPal logo, input your macros, and save. Refresh your food diary, and your macros will be displayed along with updated daily calorie goals. Note that changes won't affect the MyFitnessPal app on your phone. This tool enhances your experience by providing personalized tracking directly in the browser.

Not sure how to get this to work. Does not update my diary. Also would be nice if it had a calorie input, which is pretty much the only reason I got this.
