Pauser: Stress & Heart Rate

Pauser helps you understand what happens around heart rate changes. Connect a Wear OS smartwatch, set customizable high and low BPM thresholds, receive gentle alerts, and tag moments such as meetings, poor sleep, meals, standing, mood, or medication. Review heart rate alongside sleep, steps, water, salt, blood pressure, symptoms, and other daily logs to identify personal patterns over time.

Use guided breathing, meditations, and Quick Calm sessions while viewing your live heart rate. Pauser also supports heart rate recording sessions, sit-and-stand checks, weekly insights, privacy-focused tracking, and shareable PDF reports for doctors, therapists, or coaches. It is a wellbeing and self-tracking companion, not a medical device.
