Ocean Collect

Ocean Collect is the field application of the Ocean Harbor platform, used by clinical analysis laboratories, clinics, and home collection operations to manage the daily activities of collectors, nurses, technicians, and drivers on the road.

⚠️ Restricted corporate use
This application does NOT have public registration. Access is exclusively granted with credentials provided by the employing laboratory or clinic. If you are not an employee of an Ocean Harbor client company, the app will be useless to you.

- Home collection technicians and staff
- Nurses and nursing assistants in the field
- Drivers and motorcycle couriers for collection teams
- Route managers and supervisors

📋 What you can do with the app:
- View your daily schedule with all assigned appointments
- Track orders, requested exams, patient, address, and insurance provider
- Update the status of each collection in real time (en route, on site, collected, completed)

- Register proof photos directly from the camera
- Collect digital signature from the patient or guardian
- Add comments and observations to the service
- Receive instant notifications of new appointments and critical alerts from the manager

🗺️ Routes and location:
- View your next stop and the optimized route on the map
- Share your real-time location with the team manager while you are "available"
- Location is only used during active operation — you have full control over when to enter and exit "Available"
