Encrypt Bookmarks is a Chrome extension that enables you to encrypt selected bookmarks with a password. It visualizes encrypted bookmarks with a lock symbol and allows you to save and synchronize them with your other bookmarks. You can encrypt both the URL and title or only the URL. Organize your encrypted bookmarks with the Chrome bookmark manager or through the extension's drag and drop interface.

Seems to work fine! (At least for me.) And successfully syncs protected bookmarks between different devices.

Works fine, would be nice if it had search button and if you could edit the title after it was created.
