Please note, this extension is built around the new YouTube layout and might not work well with the old layout. Though it's not currently maintained, the source code is available for anyone willing to continue its development.

When you use regular fullscreen mode on YouTube, you can still scroll. With this, you can't. You actually lose functionality with no significant benefit.
