TELDog is a client application for CTI systems that pops up a screen with customer information on your computer when receiving phone calls. It captures incoming call information from packets flowing to the CTI server on the same network and delivers it to your computer along with customer information. TELDog can also send emails upon incoming calls. It requires a TELDog server (CTI server) and is compatible with NTT's Hikari telephone service.
