Textarea Lift-off is a Chrome extension that allows you to lift off textareas and bring them anywhere on the page. Simply hover over a textarea, click on the lift-off icon, and you're free to scroll the page and drag the textarea to your desired location. Hover over it again to bring it back.

Very useful but it continually throws errors when I scroll. Would be nice if the textarea had a bar to drag at the top so I didn't loose my normal cursor when hovering.
