The more I have been reducing my intake of seed oils, the better I feel, and the easier I lose weight. Often, though, when I go out to eat, I can't avoid seed oils. I don't give them up completely because I don't want to be that rigid or feel stressed at a restaurant. But, if something can help me eat and feel better, that's a win-win! This app is wonderful to show me my best restaurant choices near me. I'm excited to try some new places I didn't know about and use it while traveling.
