• AI Chat Assistant
Chat-based health advice utilizing GPT-4. Simply answer questions to receive personalized health management suggestions. A Health Buddy (AI character) provides conversational support.

• Health Connect Integration
Syncs steps, weight, height, sleep, hydration, nutrition (meals/calories), and calories burned (during exercise) with Health Connect. It can also read data recorded on other apps and devices, and write data entered within the app back to Health Connect. You can view your daily steps, hydration, and calorie intake all in one place on the dashboard.

• Health Data Recording
Record meals by searching and selecting menus. Easily input exercise, sleep, weight, hydration, and mood. Calculate BMI from weight and height, and view comparisons and trends with graphs.

* Step Count
Reads the step count recorded in Health Connect and displays "Today's Steps" on the home dashboard and health record screen. You can also check your achievement rate against your set step goal. Depending on the physical activity recognition permission, it also supports detection of walking, running, and other activities.

* Character Interaction & Dress-Up
Cute characters support your health management. Acquire items through gacha and maintain motivation while enjoying dress-up.

* Progress Visualization
View daily health data in graphs. See trends in steps, weight, sleep, calorie intake, etc. at a glance and aim to achieve your goals.
