User Scripts manager BetterScripter is a User Script manager for Google Chrome. It is an upgraded version of Markus Stefanko's extension. Differences:

Storage is now chrome.extension.local's storage , and GM_getValue now accepts callback, since the method is async
GM_xmlhttpRequest also is async now and works well
There is an option for CORS removing to make some scripts available on certain pages
All the scripts and settings are synced to chrome.storage, so you don't loose data, when clearing browser data
