Grundsätzlich ein solider Cashbackservice, jetzt kommt der Haken. Das gilt nur solange es auch erfasst wird. Wenn das mal nicht klappt, dauert es Monate bis die Anfrage bearbeitet wird und oft auch einfach mal geschlossen wird. Da würde ich mir besseren Kundendienst wünschen.
