Habitação Ponte Nova

Ponte Nova Housing is the official application of the Municipal Housing Secretariat of Ponte Nova/MG to support urban land regularization (REURB), in accordance with Federal Law No. 13.465/2017.

The application is intended exclusively for employees and field agents of the Municipality of Ponte Nova authorized to collect housing data.

FEATURES

▸ Field Data Collection — REURB
Access registered urban areas, view properties in a list or on an interactive map, and complete the full social registration of each family. The form follows the technical standard for land regularization and includes property data, beneficiary information, family composition, income, housing unit status, document checklist, and electronic signature.

▸ Offline Operation
All data collected is saved locally on the device. No internet connection is required during fieldwork. Data is automatically synchronized with the municipality's central system as soon as a connection is available.

▸ Interactive Lot Map
View the polygons of the urban core lots directly in the application,
identify properties already collected and navigate the territory efficiently.

▸ Secure Synchronization
All collected data, including photos of documents, facades and signatures of the responsible party, are securely sent to the Ponte Nova City Hall server upon synchronization.

RESTRICTED ACCESS

This application requires institutional credentials provided by the Ponte Nova City Hall. Access is not available to the general public.
