It did a good job of asking the right questions to assign me to a group that was diverse but also easy to relate to, as we had many shared experiences. The app was user friendly and we rarely had any connection issues.

2023-09-17	Sh*****	They claim you can get a refund if you cancel before completing 3 sessions... there's no way to get a refund or contact support. I tried everything, absolutely no way to contact support.

2023-08-03	As*****	Great, I will keep this app! Needs additions- need to be able to view receipts, view the history group sessions, etc. Some hiccups, I got kicked out of chats, etc. but affordable. $89 a month at the moment. I will continue to use Pace.

2023-04-26	Bu*****	The groups I love. The app is really a problem. I keep getting notifications, but when I log in I'm not seeing what activity prompted it. I have disabled push notifications through phone settings and the app but it's constantly still going off. It's terribly disruptive. I see some are comments for pop-up groups I have attended. Not sure the rest. And I can't figure out how to remove myself from psst group messages.

2022-12-01	La*****	Love it. Does have some kinks to work out, but I am really appreciating the support group vibe. It's not therapy, but it is facilitated by therapists. So far, they've worked through any issues that have come up for myself and other loved ones who use the app. Looking forward to see how they improve!

I had 15 sessions before this and I thought back to another session where they kicked someone else out and he was told the same thing. Little did this person know that I have to wait until November for my health insurance to restart. This was the very reason I was in Pace and not therapy. She did not tell me before to let me know anything. I just opened the app and oh
